I value providing a safe and nonjudgmental virtual space where my clients feel supported while gaining insight and understanding about their thoughts, feelings, and personal histories. My counseling approach is flexible, creative, supportive, and often mindfulness-based. I believe that practicing mindfulness and acceptance of your thoughts and feelings can help you achieve meaningful goals and lead a valued life. I enjoy working with both individual clients and couples. I specialize in therapy for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma disorders. My psychotherapy approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). With couples, I use and emotion-focused approach for rebuilding strong, loving connections. I know what it's like to have a busy work schedule and lots of commitments, and how this can sometimes feel overwhelming. To accommodate clients with busy schedules, my schedule will primarily include weekday evenings and weekend mornings. I invite you to reach out for a free consultation to see if what I have to offer is a good fit for your therapy needs.
