I work with clients in a primarily on-line format. Working this way is effective, convenient, and secure. My practice is oriented to adults and couples in individual and group formats. Psychotherapy involves dialogue and focus. Symptoms indicate the need to move and grow into a better fit for the way individuals live and care for themselves. People come to therapy when their movement through the world is dissatisfying. Through exploring and understanding, a person moves into a more effective and coherent way of life. My approach is engaged, nonjudgmental, and compassionate. I seek to help clients gather information about themselves and their impact in the world, leading to lasting and satisfying change.
