About

I have experience working with individuals and couples identifying as LGBTQ+ as well as heterosexual, cisgender in the areas of ADHD, anxiety, identity, trauma, parenting, phase of life changes, ENM, communication, and conflict management; among others. As an ADHD brain myself, I have a special interest in working with individuals or couples to address the personal and/or relational challenges of ADHD; we will deconstruct shame and self-worth stemming from ADHD, address communication difficulties, and increase overall understanding of how ADHD impacts all aspects of our lives.

I use a systemic and collaborative therapeutic approach with my clients. I am interested in the systems that surround and affect you. I use a mix of experiential and narrative therapies to address the internal emotional layers of experience. I am also trained in Brainspotting (Phase 1) and use this modality to address deeply rooted assumptions and trauma.

I embrace humor, openness, and honesty in the therapeutic relationship, and I view our work together as collaborative. My ultimate goal is to provide you with a warm, safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your strengths, challenges, and emotional experience.
