My passion is assisting individuals and families in navigating the challenges and hurdles that life throws at us as humans. Over the years I have had the opportunity to walk alongside countless people during their times of grief, trauma, chronic illness, chronic pain, life transitions and life-altering events. My goal is to provide my clients a supportive, empathetic, and warm environment so they feel safe and comfortable processing what they are experiencing. I also help my clients learn strategies and develop tools to cope more effectively in managing stressors and emotional challenges. With my guidance you will learn how to allow yourself to be curious about your thoughts, feelings, urges and sensations in your body without judgement. We will explore how mindfulness and self-compassion can support you through this process so you feel more confident in finding solutions and taking action. I hope to have the opportunity to be a part of your wellness journey. Together we will work toward growth and resiliency that will allow you to lead a more meaningful life based on what is important to you so that you can experience more contentment and peace in mind and body.
