With a trauma-focused lens, coupled with my awareness and sensitivity of culture/cultural backgrounds/cultural traditions, I work with modalities such as mindfulness, various breath-work techniques/exercises, somatic experiencing (SE), Hakomi Body Based Therapy, Existential Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, IFS, and EMDR.
