I believe in hope and I believe in everyone's ability to grow and change to become the best versions of themselves. In a collaborative effort, I can assist in your journey to ensure you have the opportunity to experience your own greatest happiness. I specialize in addictions, trauma, couple counseling, & sex therapy. I live in Colorado and am also fully licensed in the state of Washington and can provide teletherapy ONLY to Washington residents. I found my passion in working with addictions and trauma as they are deeply connected. I can provide the support and kindness needed to explore these deeply personal struggles and work toward healing. Relationships with others are the center of our world; I can provide a safe, understanding, and accepting space for couples and families to grow.
