Welcome to my therapy practice! My name is Ivy Zeller, MA, LCMHC. I am a Vermont licensed clinical mental health counselor with a private practice located in Montpelier, VT. I have been serving families in a variety of helping roles since 1997. I now specialize in treating adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, parenting issues, trauma, and substance use. I have a straightforward, empathic counseling style that helps support and encourage personal growth. I believe it is an honor and a privilege to listen to your life story. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for counseling to take place. I help clients identify obstacles and develop strategies for improved communication and increased life fulfillment. I also value humor and believe that sharing a laugh together can be therapeutic, healing, and a good way to move forward. I draw from a variety of treatment modalities including strength-based counseling, cognitive behavioral, family systems, psychodynamic, and narrative therapy. I look forward to hearing from you!
