About

Hi there! I work with adults focusing on anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity exploration, and body image concerns. I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and provide an inclusive space for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients. My clients often seek support across a range of difficulties like life transitions, college adjustment/academic stress, personal and familial relationship struggles, and mood concerns. I support my clients as they explore their thoughts and process emotions, learn coping skills to reduce stress, better utilize their strengths, and explore new ways to handle life’s challenges.

I use an integrative and nonjudgmental approach to treatment and apply skills from several theories, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to better meet clients' desires and goals.

It takes strength to ask for help, and I want to support you through your next steps. I look forward to meeting you!
