Welcome to my practice. Reaching out and seeking help is a brave first step. I fully understand and appreciate how difficult seeking help is. For 19 years, I have been helping adults and adolescents face life difficulties. At times, these difficulties stem from life circumstances and at times they come from within but they almost always feel overwhelming. The good news, is that help is just a phone call away. I have helped people struggling with depression, anxiety, work and school difficulties, marital and relationships issues. I help my patients identify the interaction between one's external circumstances and one's character and emotional make up. This identification is crucial in one's road to better and more fulfilling life. I have a wide range of training, CBT, psychoanalytic, behavioral, and executive coaching. I have expertise in adolescents and young adults with learning disabilities, work issues and career counseling.
