About

I specialize in treating adults experiencing adjustment and transitional issues related to anxiety, unhappiness, relational issues, life events, and trauma. My goal is to empower my clients to increase self- awareness, explore emotion, identity, insight and identify and navigate opportunities, resources and barriers along their path.

My counseling style is interactive, empathetic, and warm. It is my belief that listening is the key to success in a therapeutic relationship and every client should be heard and treated with respect and compassion. My approach combines strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused therapies to ensure that the highest level of outcome is achieved

It takes courage to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support, empower, and guide you when you are ready to take that step.
