About

It can be draining to find yourself once again caught up in the fast-paced, emotionally heated back and forth of, “I’m always asking for X! You never do it!” and “Well, you don’t understand Y! You never listen to me!” And it can feel lonely as the distance between you sets in again. As a couple therapist, I help clients move from feeling defeated by the deepening divides in their relationships to re-imagining what being a team means to them.

I work with adults whose relationships are impacted by mental health challenges, parenting stress, imbalanced division of household tasks, past trauma, infidelity, minority stress, differences in neurotype (autistic, ADHD), and/or differences in intimacy needs. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I enjoy supporting clients embrace their full selves.

My clients say they appreciate the informal, comfortable atmosphere during sessions, feeling absolutely no judgment, the helpful suggestions, tools, and metaphors, the kind and firm way I pause and redirect the conversation when needed, and my enthusiastic celebration of their successes. When you're ready to start, email me, and we'll set up an appointment.
