I see every individual as an expert on themselves and enjoy meeting people using a non-judgmental, genuine approach. I am compassionate, empathic and work to create a comfortable space for clients. To begin making changes it often starts with sharing your story with another and identifying the issues you are looking to explore and change; loss, grief, parenting, relationship difficulties. I will provide a safe and supportive atmosphere where we can work on varying approaches to move forward in your Life. I would describe myself as using an eclectic approach to counseling. I have been in practice for 25 years in a variety of settings in both New Jersey and Massachusetts. My clientele has ranged from children through older adults. I enjoy working with individuals as well as couples and families looking to make changes in their lives. Reaching out for help can be stressful and produce anxiety which is understandable.
