About

It takes courage to seek support and I celebrate the space you are making for growth in your life. I work with adults and adolescents struggling with issues such as eating disorders, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, and/or family conflict. I have worked at all levels of care and practice in Spanish and English.

I received my Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University. I have training in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and psychodynamic therapy.

As your therapist, my commitment is to meet you where you are with hope and authenticity. I will validate and challenge you where appropriate. I believe in the power of connection and self-compassion as paths towards uprooting learned and internalized shame, and will support you in reconnecting with your inherent resilience.
