Starting therapy and/or finding a new therapist is a significant and courageous decision, one I respect. I am honored to accompany my clients on their journey towards what they most want for themselves and finding relief from the challenges they’re facing. Many of my clients come to me because they feel stuck in life despite their best efforts - often having engaged in other types of therapy that no longer fit. If you're struggling with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, or seeking more fulfilling and connected relationships, let's connect. Meaningful change begins within and starts with your own relationship with yourself. I support those exploring or experiencing challenges in LGBTQIA+ issues. I am sex and kink positive and affirm consensual non-monogamy, polycule, family and non-traditional family dynamics. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, self-confidence as well as relationship issues. I work with both individuals and couples. Clients describe my approach as collaborative, playful, and present, providing a safe and compassionate space where authenticity is welcomed and explored. Tailoring my approach to each client, I draw heavily from Somatic Experiencing and NARM (Nueroaffective Relational Model) while weaving in Internal Family Systems, Self-Compassion, and Acceptance work.
