I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a combined 8 years of experience in mental health and related fields, as well as 20 years working within public schools and family systems. I have a strong interpersonal approach to my work and place a significant emphasis on building a successful therapeutic alliance. I believe that the quality of the client-therapist relationship should be tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. I specialize in supporting both children and adults who face challenges related to school, behavior, family life, ADHD, ODD, self-esteem, bullying, anxiety, depression, abuse, and trauma. Throughout my career, I have provided counseling services to inner-city children in crisis in residential settings, as well as adults with diagnoses of autism, ADHD, abuse, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
