About

I am currently accepting new clients! If you are feeling stuck in overwhelming family dynamics, trapped in your trauma/stress response and/or ADHD difficulties, I am here to help. If you are self-diagnosed or formally diagnosed with ADHD, chances are you're trying to adapt in a world that isn’t designed for you. You feel that you were born with a “race car brain with bicycle breaks,” with unpredictable motivation & energy. You feel overwhelmed by the smallest tasks & tormented by deep restlessness. Whether this is ADHD, trauma or attachment difficulties, let's see if we can work together to improve your life.

Together, we will learn to shift your mindset, allow more space for healing, and how to understand your nervous system. You will learn how to think differently about your situation and gain insight to your ruminating thoughts and create a renewed relationship with yourself.

My mission is to help neurodivergent people build a life full of meaning, fulfillment, purpose, and direction, and I’m committed to helping you make that a reality. I’m deeply passionate about helping people find a fulfilling path through their suffering, get unstuck, and feel more connected to themselves, their family, and their friends.
