About

I'm here to help you flourish as the fullest, most authentic version of yourself. Together we can explore your stuck and hurt places, hold them with compassion, and build capacity to handle feelings and life situations that currently feel baffling and overwhelming. Many of us have been taught to analyze and intellectualize our way through life's challenges, yet often our greatest wisdom is available not just from our minds but from our bodies and emotions. I can help you to connect and integrate these aspects of yourself to offer you deeper awareness of yourself, your relationships, and of new possibilities available to you.

I work with people across a wide range of issues, including a few specialties. I frequently work with people who are finding their voice in relationships; people who feel trapped by their own expectations; and people on the verge of significant life changes. I have an LGBTQIA+ specialty and have helped many with their gender exploration and journeys.

My therapeutic style is warm and open while also being quite honest and direct. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe and held as your most tender, vulnerable self, where part of the safety comes from knowing I'll always keep it real with you. I invite you to reach out to me for a free consultation to see if we feel like a good fit.
