About

I am a clinical psychologist practicing in Cambridge. I see individuals who are struggling with a range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I work in a way that is collaborative, helping people to cope with immediate stressors in their lives and to change patterns of thinking and behavior that keep them stuck. These patterns may reflect adaptations to past experiences and may require exploring thoughts or feelings that have not yet been articulated. Together, we can gain insight into some of these dynamics so that you can begin to make important changes.

Over the years, I have worked with a wide variety of people across differences across age, ethnicity, race, and sexual and gender identity. This variety has enriched my practice and understanding of human functioning. I have worked extensively with people who identify as LGBTQ+, and have trained in university and hospital settings.

My approach is primarily psychodynamic, although I also integrate other techniques. More important than technique is the relationship between therapist and client, and I focus on developing a supportive, trusting collaboration. My office is a 10-minute walk from Harvard Square. Please feel free to contact me for an initial consultation.
