I have a passion for helping individuals recognize the strength and resiliency they have within to overcome any challenge in life. My goals consist of creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can process experiences, increase their self-awareness, heal, and grow.

I work with individuals ages 18+ from all backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs. My experience lies in working with severe and persistent mental illnesses, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, adjustment issues, new parents, family issues, adolescent life stress, traumatic experiences, and life transitions.

I utilize an integrative approach to cater to each individual’s treatment goals using various therapeutic approaches, including, but not limited to, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
