About

I'm driven by the belief that unfair societal structures often deprive individuals of the resources and well-being they deserve. Rooted in this conviction, my journey as a counselor is driven by a passion for assisting others in navigating life's complexities. I see therapy not just as a service but as a transformative journey accessible to all. I'm excited about the chance to connect with you, collaborate on your path to positive change, and work towards a more inclusive and supportive future.

I work with clients with a wide variety of concerns such as suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, grief/loss, trauma recovery, and behavioral challenges. I adopt an evidence-informed, client-centered approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, gestalt therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT),

I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education at The Ohio State University. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese, I offer bilingual therapy, embracing inclusivity in my practice. I'm excited about the chance to connect with you, and collaborate on your path to positive change!
