I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has been in practice for over 15 years having completed my clinical training in NYC and Boston. I work collaboratively with clients, ranging from college age and up, to better understand and treat a range of issues. My areas of expertise include: depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, coping with medical issues, stress management, dealing with life transitions, acculturation issues, caregiver stress, and issues of self-esteem. Although my approach is primarily insight-oriented therapy, I incorporate different modalities of treatment depending on what is helpful for the particular client. I have an appointment at the Harvard Medical School as an Instructor of Psychology. In addition to my private practice in the Back Bay, I work at Massachusetts General Hospital as a staff psychologist in the Outpatient Psychiatry Department.
