Hi there! I’m Huda Ibrahim, an LCSW practicing in New Mexico (License SWB-2024-1065). I enjoy working with individuals and couples on various concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to create a warm, safe space for you to reflect and navigate your challenges while offering the support you need. I’m excited to work together! In my therapy practice, I take an integrative approach, drawing from various theoretical frameworks to best meet your needs. I often use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and challenge negative thought patterns, along with mindfulness techniques to promote self-awareness and emotional regulation. I was drawn to a career as a therapist because I have a deep passion for helping others navigate their challenges and discover their potential. Witnessing the transformative power of therapy in people’s lives inspires me every day. What drives me is the opportunity to create a safe space for individuals to explore their feelings and experiences.
