About

I am passionate about working with twentysomethings, young adults, and college-aged folx. As a twentysomething, you may be struggling with emerging adulthood life transitions and turning points, anxiety, anger, depression, low self-esteem & confidence, family stress, romantic relationship stress, trauma, grief and loss, and or career challenges. In our work together, I will seek to create a safe space for you to explore and understand these stressful challenges and turning points in order to build stronger self-esteem, greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, supportive tools, and balanced ways of living. It can be difficult to work through intense feelings and stressful experiences using words alone. Given this common 'road block,' in addition to using traditional talk-based therapies, I frequently integrate use of trauma-informed expressive arts therapies as well as mindfulness into my work with individuals to help them 'feel better.'

Navigating early adulthood stress and transitions during your twenties can feel stressful, isolating, and overwhelming. With warmth, respect, humility, and humor, I am here to help and would be honored to work with you. Email me and we can explore how therapy can be a layer of support for you on your journey to heal, grow, survive, & thrive.
