Living a life that feels meaningful and connected can be hard with the many challenges we, as humans, face personally, in our communities, socio-politically and environmentally. Coming to therapy can help you access your innate capacity for healing and build tools to navigate and cope with life's difficulties. I am trained to help clients with anxiety, depression, trauma and interpersonal difficulties among other concerns. I have experience and interest in working with college students as well as LGBTQIA+ identifying individuals. I am a psychodynamic and emotion-focused therapist. I will be mindful and attentive to the important relationships in your life, how you experience, communicate, and connect with your emotions and how this influences what brings you to treatment. I will provide tools and interventions that focus on both immediate symptom reduction and long-term change. My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm and culturally responsive. I believe therapy is a place of hope and connection. Where you are safe to engage in self-reflection, exploration, take risks, navigate uncertainties and receive honest and compassionate support. Please reach out, I am happy to talk through whether we would be a good fit.
