I am so glad you are here! That is such a big step in this next part of your journey! To help get better acquainted, here is a bit about me. My name is Holly Johns, LPC in the State of GA. I graduated from Union College in Kentucky in 2012 with my Masters in Psychology. I have 18 years of behavioral health experience, which includes working with adolescents and adults in schools, community mental health, crisis intervention in the ER, and non-profit settings. I create a supportive, non-judgmental space for you to explore, grow, and develop the tools to move forward with confidence and resilience. I utilize different evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help you understand, express, and cope with your emotions and behaviors. I work with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, PTSD, trauma, life transitions, and relational problems. I also challenge my clients to discover their strengths. I aim to understand my clients, what is important to them, and their unique concerns. My goal is to help you gain a better understanding of yourself through self-exploration and healing. I hope you know how brave you truly are by taking the step towards therapy and healing.
