A fundamental sense of wellbeing is our natural state. Having a sense of fear of what is going to happen next is also a part of our nature. Which experience dominates depends on which parts of our mind and nervous system are in the driver's seat, so to speak. We can use this knowledge to improve our relationships, enjoy our lives more, and feel more optimistic about the future by noticing which parts of our selves are in control and make a shift to access the innate wisdom that we all possess. My speciality is trauma, and I have been lucky enough to be trained by the masters in the interventions they developed. Using somatic therapies and internal family systems interventions, we can gently and compassionately release the areas of stuckness in certain patterns and access the natural vitality waiting to be felt and expressed. My practice is primarily adult individuals. I like working with people who love to learn and grow. Let's collaborate to meet your goals, using a lively sense of curiosity, open hearts and humor. In these particularly stressful times, we can optimize your own ability to cope and relate joyfully in the day to day.
