With more than 35 years of experience, I offer evidence-based treatments within a caring and supportive space. If you struggle with overwhelming emotions, intrusive thoughts, troubled relationships, or just feel stuck, therapy visits supplemented with texts and emails between visits can help you gain balance and sustain your progress. I am committed to your success as you strive for a healthier life and more satisfying relationships. I also provide supervision for interns, post-graduates, and professionals and offer training in Functional Family Therapy (FFT), cognitive behavioral therapies, and addictions treatment. I offer personalized, strengths-based psychological services for adolescents and adults, including cognitive behavioral therapies (eg CWD, ACT, ERP) for depression, anxiety, trauma-related stress, addictions, OCD, and disruptive behaviors. I also offer FFT, behavioral couples therapy for relationship problems, and single-session therapy for brief issues. Supervision for interns and post-graduate clinicians is strengths-based and includes a supervision agreement, training materials and resources, individual weekly in-person or virtual meetings, weekly review of recorded therapy sessions, observation-based feedback to enhance skills, and a focus on theory and ethical principles as applied to clinical work.
