I do extensive work with people that find themselves feeling "stuck" and are ready live a more fulfilling life. Much of my work is based in the treatment of adults in the areas of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, addiction (including food disorders), dissociative disorders, adjustments and transitions, women's issues, relationships and personal growth. You will be invited to walk a path of discovery to help create greater awareness that will support healing and a more authentic fulfilling life. One of my core values is that you feel safe, seen, heard and accepted. Because I believe in the uniqueness of each individual, I carefully integrate methods of treatment. My training includes psychology, clinical social work, Gestalt Therapy and EMDR. Because of the importance of finding a good fit between client and therapist, your first visit is free of charge to allow us time to explore the best opportunities for your growth.
