About

Is anxiety preventing you from living life authentically and with contentment and satisfaction? Are you in the middle of a significant transition and need support? Now is the right time to process these feelings and develop tools and strategies to address them. I offer secure teletherapy to clients who want to start the process. I help clients develop concrete strategies to relieve symptoms, while simultaneously exploring the root of their anxieties or other challenges. Think of of therapy as filling a tool box that you take with you when you leave.

I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing life challenges including: anxiety, depression, loss/grief, relationship issues, life transitions and stress from living abroad for govt/military. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including CBT. I also conduct psychoeducational assessments for learning disorders, ADHD.

Because a good relationship between therapist and client is so essential, I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation to determine whether you think we would be a "good fit."
