About

As a therapist, I specialize in helping people navigate challenges such as anxiety, perfectionism, identity exploration, and healing from complex trauma. I especially love working with those who feel disconnected from their current lives and are exploring their identity and purpose. Many of my clients realize they need change but don't know where to start. They often have struggled with anxiety, burnout, and relational trauma, leading to repetitive painful patterns and isolation. These patterns, once protective, now cause pain and suffering. I have an affinity for working with LGBTQ+ folks and those exploring nontraditional paths.

In my office, I welcome conversations about queerness, religious deconstruction, subculture, and other less mainstream norms. Many seeking therapy face distress from the systems they live in. I aim to guide my clients through these challenges. My work centers on collaboration, where we work to develop tools and skills to process trauma and painful patterns.

Navigating personal challenges can be overwhelming. I've been there and I understand. We all face systems that impact us, and being a human in today’s world is tough. But I believe hope and change are possible. I admire your efforts and can help you find hope and purpose in the midst of the chaos. Reach out to explore if we're a good fit to work together.
