About

Life overwhelms us all at times. As a counselor, I meet you in those difficult parts of life, accompany you on your unique journey to redemption, healing and wholeness, helping you secure meaningful and lasting change. Together we name your problems and find their solutions; both the issues and the solutions are unique to you. Often we are pressured to "profile" ourselves-to label or describe ourselves in an way so that allows others to quickly "peg" who we are. But we are much more complex-- each of us has a story to tell. Each narrative has a distinctive trajectory.

I tailor my approach by client needs. With depression, anxiety, trauma and childhood sexual abuse, I use Attachment-Focused EMDR and Lifespan Integration. These are gentle brain-based therapies. I am a CSAT-Candidate (Sex Addiction Therapy), treating individuals, their spouses, and couples repairing and re-forming their relationship.

I provide a safe, welcoming atmosphere, so you feel free sharing your story without fear of judgment. Ultimately, I want you to find peace in God's purposes for your life. Let me work with you, healing your past, changing the present, and articulating and clarifying goals, and your future.
