About

So many of us are feeling stuck or lost lately. I work collaboratively with clients to get a sense of relief from the daily grind and uncover patterns that are getting in their way. I tailor my approach to each client’s unique background, context, and personality with the goal of developing supportive and productive therapeutic relationships. As a result, clients are able to cope more effectively with whatever immediate concerns or stressors they are experiencing as well as work toward long-term changes that will make a meaningful difference in their lives.

I have experience working with clients across the lifespan in various settings. I especially enjoy working with adults ages 18-65 who need support and guidance as they grapple with the challenges and concerns that are often characteristic of these life stages.

As a scientist-practitioner, I use research to select interventions that reduce distressing thoughts and behaviors and identify better alternatives. I am trained to work with a range of issues, including work transitions, relationship/family difficulties, and general life stress. I look forward to getting to know you and exploring how I can support you.
