I am trained in the Internal Family Systems model, which will transform your life by healing the parts of you that are wounded, giving you greater access to your innate creativity, calm, confidence, compassion, and connectedness. I help couples, families, and individuals find greater fulfillment and purpose in life. I have a specialty in sex therapy which, if needed, provides a level of safety and knowledge that facilitates deep healing and growth for couples and individuals. When working with couples, I recognize that each partner comes to the relationship with their own expectations, dreams and past hurts. Differences can lead to conflicts/patterns that pull you apart. I want to help you reconnect, learn new ways of relating, and discover deeper levels of contentment and intimacy. I am an AASECT certified sex therapist, which means I have extensive additional education and training working with individuals, couples and families around topics including: mismatched sexual desire, infidelities, sexual functioning, pain disorders, sexual trauma, gender fluidity, religious shame, and de-transitioning.
