About

I provide therapy for LGBTQ+ adults and individuals processing trauma. I have experience working with a wide range of clients, including transgender and nonbinary individuals, couples, older teens and college-age adults, and survivors of domestic abuse. I also facilitate the Healing Religious Trauma Group.

I prioritize working from a strengths-based perspective because I believe every person has valuable life experience and skills they can use to move forward. I use Systems Theory because the systems that surround us have a tremendous impact on our mental health. I often use tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Everyone deserves to feel like they can show their whole selves when they come to therapy. My hope is to provide space for you to be seen and understood. I would be honored to support you as you navigate your therapy goals at Catalyst.
