About

My passion is for listening to, providing guidance with, and helping people express their stories as they desire. Whether you are seeking to create a balance in life, be heard, or build your identity I am here for you. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, and the stress of life, I offer a non-judgmental and person-centered approach to therapy. I will meet you where you are now. My toolbox includes cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy skills. I lean on positive psychology, expressive arts, and using your strengths. I am LGBTQ+ affirming.

My style thrives with pre-teens, teens, and their families as well as adults searching for their sense of self and transitioning in life. I have experience working with individuals in crisis, coping with self harm, combatting suicidal thoughts, managing anger, and crippling anxiety.

We work together to detangle your struggles and to create something new. If you are interested in working alongside me or you have a teen who needs some help please reach out through a phone call or email. Thank you!
