About

Welcome! I help teens and adults with eating disorders/disordered eating, mood and anxiety issues, life stressors and transitions. "Over-thinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, feeling out of control, stuck or disconnected" are some ways my clients describe their difficulties. These issues may be eating/body-related and/or may impact other areas such as friendship/relationship patterns, school/work functioning or low self-esteem. A common need is to bring balance and flexibility back into behaviors and thoughts, in turn, freeing up valuable mental space, time and energy that can then be directed towards meaningful life values.

My clients can expect to gain clarity around their emotional responses, how certain behavioral and thought patterns serve them (or not), and how to establish new ways of engaging with themselves and others.  Eating disorder clients can expect to have a partner in their recovery, working on becoming more flexible and comfortable with food and their bodies.

I'm passionate about supporting my clients in their life challenges and transitions, adjusting to the changes that come along. Getting support can bring relief and calm. You are not alone. Please reach out to discuss your situation. I personally respond to inquiries within 24 hrs and offer appointments in a timely manner to start addressing your concerns.
