I will provide a compassionate and comfortable space to help you manage and resolve life challenges including binge eating/compulsive overeating, stress, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, weathering change, anger management, and conflict in relationships! I specialize in treating binge eating and compulsive overeating by exploring triggers, relationship with food, body image, coping skills, and emotional needs. With couples, I use the Emotionally Focused Therapy approach to address relationship issues including constant arguing, lack of trust, poor communication, emotional traumas, and loss of connection. I’d be honored to support and guide you in reaching your goals for relief, personal growth, and success! We can meet in-person or virtually based on your preferences. My office hours are Mondays 9am-1pm, Wednesdays (virtually only) 1-3pm, Thursdays 2pm-7pm, and Fridays (virtual only) 1-4pm. I look forward to connecting with you!
