At Neuroo Counseling we provide counseling services to individuals in person or in the comfort of your own space using telehealth. We would be honored to be a part of your journey towards healing, growth and overall mental well-being. Our areas of speciality include trauma work, depression, anxiety and difficult life transitions. We often utilize EMDR therapy, IFS, art therapy, CBT and somatic work.
