About

The tendency in mental health care is to look at people through a lens of deficit. Here, we honor every individual’s capacity for survival and provide the framework to move through difficult traumas, losses, fears and sadness to support the next stage of your life. We treat those struggling with PTSD, C-PTSD, survivors of alcoholic and emotionally abusive families, mood and anxiety disorders. Struggling to break out of patterns of behavior that are holding you back? We may be able to help.

At Tree of Life, we provide EMDR, NARM and a variety of other cognitive based modalities to build emotional stability for deeper work. Mindfulness and meditation training may also be recommended to increase emotional and cognitive resources. We can see clients in office and for teletherapy in New Hampshire.
