About
Throughout my career I have worked with a variety of different populations and clients. I feel that mental health treatment is for everyone and I strive to make my services accessible. I specialize in a number of treatment areas including co-occurring disorder, personality disorders, and the perinatal population. I enjoy working with women's health concerns as well. I offer trauma informed care and I am trained in EMDR and DBT. I often think of therapy as finding the right pair of shoes. Not every therapist fits someone. The first step is trying. I'm happy to help you start your journey.
