I am a very flexible, open minded and nonjudgmental in my practice. I specialize in trauma, adults with Autism and other neurodivergence's and transgender issues but I am also skilled in anxiety and depression. I can work with people who like to talk or with people who struggle to find what to say. I work well with people who are open to trying different treatment strategies to figure out what best works for them. I specialize in trauma, adults with Autism and other neurodivergence's and transgender issues. I use a variety of techniques but primarily EFT and EMDR. I can combine them with more traditional talk therapy such as CBT and DBT. All modes of treatment require a conversation and an explanation of what works best for my clients. What is unique to my practice is my personal experience with the issues that I treat and work with. I am not only clinically trained through books and in the field practice, much of my knowledge comes from personal experience.
