About

Not accepting new clients at this time. I offer in-person and virtual sessions. I support individuals struggling with ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, low-self worth, sexual issues, and grief as well as work with couples who need support navigating through challenging situations such as infidelity, reestablishing intimacy, sexless relationships, or problematic sexual behaviors. Everyone at some point in their life experiences struggles, fears, relationship issues, or life transitions.

I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained. This approach is used to treat trauma both large and small. This is additionally effective when treating grief, depression and anxiety. I will be happy to educate you on this approach should I see a need for this to be a part of your treatment plan.

I value and respect all religious preferences. Confidentiality is of highest importance for a safe environment to share openly in order to move forward with treatment goals. The therapeutic approaches in which I practice most are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing. My therapeutic style is warm, empathic, and direct.
