Are you looking for a supportive space to process your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgement? Are you carrying around the weight of stress, trauma or worry? Whether you're looking for structured trauma treatment such as EMDR, anxiety or depression management through CBT, DBT or emotionally focused talk therapy for daily challenges, your needs will be prioritized in sessions. I provide individual therapy to adults and children as well as couples counseling. I specialize in intensive trauma treatment, anxiety management including OCD, parenting, life transitions and mood regulation.
