About

Peace and relief can be hard to find and sometimes even harder to hold onto. Many of us have painful experiences that have shaped the way we think, what we believe and value, and how we've developed relationships. Our work together will create an opportunity for you to find your authentic personal power. We'll explore the ways that you get through challenges, examine practical tools to make your life work better for you and celebrate the amazing progress that comes along the way. Come share your story.

Our survival skills are sophisticated and examining them is a vital part of creating the life we want. I can guide your exploration of the resources you use to deal with daily stress and those that help you cope with hard memories from the past. My goal is emphasizing strength while validating the hard work involved in creating the lasting change you seek.

As hard and isolating as life can feel, our individual stories often have more in common than not. While boundaries are vital to effective therapy, it may be helpful to know that my own experiences of growth, healing and searching inform the ways I join with clients in pursuit of change, contentment and peace. I look forward to walking alongside you.
