No one can guarantee that all life’s problems will cease, however it is possible to find peace and develop skills that help us cope with our day-to-day struggles. As a Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (LCDP) and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) currently working at the Northeast Family Services SUD Recovery Center, I am hopeful I can help you reach your desired goals. I provide a safe, secure, validating, non-judgmental, peaceful space for people to explore and build a healthy mindset. With experience in MAT and Recovery, I can assist in understanding the disease of addiction and its resulting long-term residual symptoms/behaviors. I have experience working with a diverse group of clients suffering from various mental health disorders. Those without particular diagnoses looking for an outside life perspective/support are welcome. With my experience in MI, CBT, Person Centered Therapy, and Positive Psychology Therapy we can work towards changing behaviors/recognizing the positive motivational force within yourself. With these techniques I can assist in working towards understanding/controlling new ways of handling day-to-day exchanges/struggles with mental health, and addiction.
