About

At the end of therapy, clients often tell me they "feel like themselves again." Even good changes like moving, becoming a parent, getting married, or just graduating to that “next stage” of life can feel like a lot to process and bring about a huge amount of stress. This can be a very lonely and surprising place to find yourself in. I consider it one of life's greatest honors to walk with people through their times of difficulty and confusion as they find their way back home to hope. View 4 Photos

I am passionate about maternal mental health, specifically providing support to women through their perinatal and postpartum experiences. I also work with mental health issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. I use an evidence-based, trauma-informed lens to work towards treatment goals.

My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and collaborative. I am passionate about creating space for my clients to process through their story and gain tools to bring about change. If you are ready to start feeling like yourself again, please fill out the form at www.lifeworthlivingcounseling.com to request an intake appointment with me.
