About

I want to support you in accessing your wisdom, increasing your self-trust, and reducing your suffering. I bring a warm and non-judgmental spirit to my work. My therapeutic approach is to accompany you in connecting with your authentic self as you also build practical skills that move you toward your goals. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, questions about your identity, feeling disconnected and like you don't belong, and/or low self-worth, I would love to connect to see if we would be a good fit!

Using a foundation of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I want to make sure you leave therapy with a toolbox full of resources that will help you feel better — tools like how to be more mindful and embodied, how to more effectively communicate in relationships, how to get to know your emotions, and how to reduce distress.

My background in social change and my queer identity inform my practice; I am always curious about how our cultures, current events, and history shape who we are and who we want to be, and I'll bring that curiosity to our sessions together. I also believe in body acceptance and use a Health At Every Size/weight-inclusive approach.
