About

Life can present us with situations that cause pain, anxiety or suffering. These problems can stem from your past, or may have presented more recently. While this can be overwhelming, seeking out therapy is a courageous act in and of itself, and there is no correct point when beginning to address these issues. I know too well that coping with the challenges of life is not a straightforward path. That is why I offer my clients an open and trustworthy therapeutic environment where we can explore these issues in a trauma informed manner, to not only gain better insight, but also learn how to cope more effectively.

I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been practicing in the field for six years, working with people dealing with depression, anxiety, grief and trauma. My speciality is assisting people in dealing with life transitions that include adjusting to different stages of life or loss of loved ones. I also focus how our past shapes who you are today.

Starting this process may be daunting, especially the idea of being vulnerable with someone you do not know. I am deeply committed to my job, and I work hard to make sure my clients feel secure and comfortable so I am better able to meet them where they are at in their journey. Please feel free to reach out if you feel that I would be a good fit for you.
