Having 30 years of experience as a helping professional and counselor in a number of community settings as well as in private practice, I have been honored to serve many diverse people facing a lot of different struggles in life. Lately, I've been assisting adults working through their painful historical issues; especially those who have struggled with difficult childhoods. I am also skilled in helping individuals and couples with their relationships and intimacy related issues, self esteem and regaining self confidence. Guiding people in early recovery from substance abuse and healing codependence are also areas of expertise.
