I am offering in person appointments for individuals and couples. My practice focuses on the experiences of people of color, first and second generation immigrants, young adults ages 18-25 and people working in social justice and service oriented professions (healthcare workers, educators, social workers, therapists etc.). I support individuals and couples who are seeking relief from symptoms of anxiety, depression, race based stress, trauma, grief, burnout and vicarious trauma. I am a relational psychotherapist with anti-oppression, social justice and trauma informed practices. I believe in the connection between the mind and body and interlace these components through somatic (body based) practices with talk therapy. Clients describe me as warm and attentive with a calming presence. My approach is client centered. I work collaboratively with you to understand yourself better, identify areas where you may be feeling "stuck" and implement skills for a more empowered self. I encourage you to reach out for a free consultation call.
